Responsibilities

• Assist the Finance Manager with month-end closing activities.
• Prepare and submit the monthly Manufacturing Commentaries Report.
• Calculate product costing and submit to the MDM team.

Ferring+You

You will be responsible for supporting ongoing excellence in Finance and Accounting areas of the business requiring Finance Associate.

Your day at Ferring

• Assist the Finance Manager with month‑end closing activities for MnS and Manufacturing.
• Prepare and submit the monthly Manufacturing Commentaries Report.
• Calculate product costing and submit it to the Master Data Management (MDM) team.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes for the Manufacturing Business Unit.
• Assist the Finance Manager during statutory audits.
• Support the Finance Manager in assets and inventories management activities.
• Coordinate with the tax consultant regarding BUPOT (tax pay‑slips) for HCP and vendors.
• Perform weekly pre‑checks of tax‑related invoices and coordinate with Tax Consultant for WHT (Withholding Tax) confirmation.
• Handle registration of new third‑party vendors.
