Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end contract process in collaboration with internal stakeholders; coordinate contract preparation, ensure timely signing by both internal parties and customers, and organize contract documentation with accuracy and systematic filing.
  • Support the preparation and processing of daily and weekly pricing to ensure accuracy and timely updates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales/commercial records by extracting data from ERP and related systems with contract details, pricing, invoicing, and transaction history to ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate closely with the senior sales manager, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial processes and alignment across departments.
  • Proactively identify and address commercial challenges to minimize disruptions, support operational efficiency, and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
  • Coordinate sample requests based on sales and customer input, track sample readiness, and manage all documentation required for accurate and timely sample shipments.
  • Operate SAP modules (Material Management and Sales Distribution).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI).
  • Ability to compile and interpret commercial reports.

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
