Qualifications

  • Minimum age 23 and above.
  • Retail management experience in coffee or specialty retail is a big plus.
  • Solid knowledge of coffee equipment and brewing methods, or a strong willingness to learn fast.
  • A natural communicator who loves helping people and can handle tough situations calmly.
  • Sales-driven, organized, and ready to take ownership of the store.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day store operations, including staffing and scheduling.
  • Maintain clean and organized product displays of coffee equipment.
  • Guide customers through product options and demonstrate equipment.
  • Handle customer issues, returns, and warranty questions.
  • Train and support staff to strengthen product knowledge.
  • Oversee inventory management and ordering.
  • Track sales performance and meet sales targets.
