We are looking for a Reservations Manager to join our team at Hotel Indigo & Holiday Inn Resort Bintan.

Responsibilities

As Reservations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the reservations function to maximize revenue, optimize inventory, and deliver a seamless booking experience for our guests.

You will work closely with Revenue Management, Sales, and Front Office teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with IHG standards.

You will oversee daily reservations operations, manage systems and distribution channels, ensure data integrity, and lead the reservations team to achieve performance and service objectives.

Your Day-to-Day

• Manage daily reservations operations and team performance
• Optimize room inventory and booking channels in coordination with Revenue Management
• Ensure accuracy of rates, availability, and reservation data
• Monitor pick-up, forecasts, and booking trends
• Ensure compliance with IHG systems, policies, and brand standards
• Train and develop the reservations team
