We are looking for a Clinic Manager to lead and manage the overall operations of our dental clinic, ensuring exceptional patient experience, strong business performance, and seamless coordination between medical and non-medical teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant service delivery
  • Lead, coach, and supervise clinic staff (dentists, nurses, front office, and support teams)
  • Ensure premium patient experience from registration to post-treatment follow-up
  • Monitor clinic performance, including revenue, cost control, productivity, and patient satisfaction
  • Implement SOPs, service standards, and quality control aligned with premium healthcare standards
  • Handle patient feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally
  • Coordinate with Head Office for reporting, budgeting, promotions, and operational alignment
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing, and internal policies
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience as Clinic Manager / Branch Manager (healthcare, dental, aesthetic, or hospital preferred)
  • Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills
  • Customer‑centric mindset with strong service excellence orientation
