Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Set marketing KPIs and oversee performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with C-suite (especially CEO, CFO, COO) to align marketing with company-wide initiatives.
  • Lead market research to understand customer behaviour, trends, and competitors.
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies for product positioning and messaging.
  • Oversee advertising and promotional efforts, both digital and traditional.
  • Drive product launches, seasonal campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage agency relationships and external vendors.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives: SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, and analytics.
  • Adopt emerging technologies like AI, automation, and personalization tools.
  • Build and mentor the marketing team, including managers, creatives, analysts, and strategists.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, HR, and Operations.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.
Brand Management
