Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Set marketing KPIs and oversee performance tracking.
- Collaborate with C-suite (especially CEO, CFO, COO) to align marketing with company-wide initiatives.
- Lead market research to understand customer behaviour, trends, and competitors.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies for product positioning and messaging.
- Oversee advertising and promotional efforts, both digital and traditional.
- Drive product launches, seasonal campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.
- Manage agency relationships and external vendors.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives: SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, and analytics.
- Adopt emerging technologies like AI, automation, and personalization tools.
- Build and mentor the marketing team, including managers, creatives, analysts, and strategists.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, HR, and Operations.
- Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.
Brand Management
- Define and protect brand identity across all channels.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, visuals, and tone.
- Build brand equity through campaigns, partnerships, and storytelling.
Campaigns & Promotion
- Oversee advertising and promotional efforts, both digital and traditional.
- Drive product launches, seasonal campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.
- Manage agency relationships and external vendors.
Digital Transformation
- Lead digital marketing initiatives: SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, and analytics.
