Role Purpose

Responsible for driving sales performance, market execution, and operational excellence within the assigned region. This role ensures alignment between national sales strategies and regional execution, optimizes channel management, and involves tracking, evaluating, and reviewing performance to ensure continuous improvement.

Position Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant sales/marketing experience, with at least 1-2 years in a regional management or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record in FMCG, retail, or distribution business, especially in cosmetics or skincare, preferred.
  • Familiarity with local markets and established business networks is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus.
  • In-depth understanding of sales operations, trade marketing, and channel distribution.
  • Strong capability in tracking, evaluating, and reviewing sales and market performance.
  • Ability to work independently, perform under pressure, and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Willing to travel frequently within the assigned region.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
