Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will manage the financial actions of the company. You will be in charge of tracking cash flow, managing the company’s taxation regulations, analyzing strengths and weaknesses in the company’s finances, and overseeing all aspects of its financial success. If you are passionate about Finance, Accounting, and Tax, and are highly efficient, we would love to meet you. We expect you to have knowledge and experience in banking relations, investor relations, financial restructuring, etc. The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to the company.

Responsibilities
  • Take responsibility for all cash management, investments, banking negotiation, budgeting, and financial reporting, and help drive the company’s financial strategy.
  • Coordinate development of annual operating, capital, and program budgets as well as reporting for the same.
  • Ensure cash flow is compatible with operations by overseeing day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting, and internal-control activities of the organization.
  • Develop and implement best practices and tools to ensure a well-controlled yet flexible organization that has strong fiscal management, project coordination, cross-team communications, and workflows.
  • Comply with national and local financial requirements by studying existing and new legislation and taking appropriate action.

Your Skills and Experience
  • Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in accounting, business accounting, or finance.
  • FMCG background preferred.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • International finance experience.
  • Experience in banking relations, mergers, acquisitions, investor relations, and financial restructuring.
  • Professional certification (e.g., Certified Public Accountant).
  • Proficient in MS Office and FAT System (e.g., Accurate, Hash Micro, etc.).
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
