The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience in hospitality and real estate development, coupled with the ability to drive business transformation. This role includes defining strategic vision, managing operations, and ensuring financial discipline within the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in hotel, resort, or mixed-use real estate development, ideally in Southeast Asia.
• Strong operational and commercial understanding of hospitality businesses.
• Demonstrated success in business transformation or growth environments.
• Financially astute with strong strategic and project management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Culturally adaptable, pragmatic, and able to thrive in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a unified vision integrating real estate development with hospitality growth.
• Drive the long-term master plan for the full landholding.
• Provide strong, transparent leadership to divisional GMs.
• Establish financial controls across both business units.
• Partner with CFO for financial management and budgeting.
• Expand hospitality offerings and optimize villa and resort performance.
• Oversee capital projects and ensure efficient deployment of investment funds.
