Position Summary

Maximize revenue and profit by planning and executing the sales strategy optimized for selected channel accounts, aligned with the regional business strategy. Build a foundation for maximizing sales revenue and profit through trust and teamwork with channel accounts.

Role and Responsibilities

• Determine optimal sales targets for channel partners, driving continued growth and encouraging employee morale.
• Review and adjust sales strategies to meet targets by analyzing assigned channel accounts, commercial districts, and products.
• Manage sales execution focused on achieving targets through collaboration with channel accounts.
• Build and maintain trust with channel accounts to create a foundation for continued revenue growth.

Skills and Qualifications

• May lead a small team of professionals with limited control over budget spending or HR management, supervising mentoring and coaching for team members.
• Typically implements short-term action plans rather than developing policy, process or strategy.
• Enhances or improves methods or procedures and provides coaching to team members to ensure successful outcomes.
