A leading catering service provider in Jakarta Utara seeks an experienced catering sales professional. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, prospecting new clients, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of catering sales experience and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Excellent negotiation and communication skills are essential.
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to grow our catering business
Prospecting and cultivating new catering clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
Preparing detailed sales proposals and pitching our catering services to potential clients
Negotiating contracts and agreements to secure new catering business
Coordinating with our culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless catering delivery
Monitoring and reporting on catering sales performance and trends
Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling catering services
Collaborating with the marketing team to promote our catering offerings
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in catering sales or related hospitality sales roles
Strong understanding of the catering industry and the ability to identify client needs
Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Outstanding communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients
Proficient in data analysis and reporting to measure and optimize sales performance
Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field
