Overview

LG Electronics Indonesia - Buyer Specialist role focused on managing purchase orders and export shipments to manufacturers, coordinating with procurement and warehouse teams, and ensuring timely delivery and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage PO (C/SKD) and export shipments to manufacturer company buyers (air and sea).
• Coordinate and communicate with procurement, purchasing, and warehouse teams about material visibility related to PO and shipment targets.
• Calculate container requirements for weekly export shipments.
• Prepare shipment documents: Commercial Invoice and Packing List (CI/PL), Bill of Lading (B/L), and Certificate of Origin (COO).
• Manage KPI Team (OTD, air cost, claims, etc.).

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or equivalent (Min. GPA 3.00).
• Preferable 1 year of experience in Manufacturing Shipment Delivery Process.
• Familiar with SCM, Export/Import, and Purchasing processes.
• Required languages: English, Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willing to work in MM2100 Industrial Town, Cibitung, Bekasi.
