Job description

Work together with Project Manager, Product Owner and Developer Team. Main task including perform detailed requirement analysis and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collect data and analyze business needs.
• Performing requirements analysis.
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross‑functional team members and management.
• Working closely with Project Manager, Product Owner and Developers.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team and apply agile methods to the project.
• Create clear and structured requirements documents, user stories, or use cases so the development team can implement them appropriately.
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs, business requirements and also bring value to the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a relevant field.
• Experience 5 years of proven work experience as Business System Analyst.
• Strong analytical skills to identify business problems and solutions.
• Conceptual & critical thinking.
• Strong problem‑solving capacity.
• High‑level written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
• Having experience in system and database design.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions and bring value for company business.
• Having experience in building application with Microservices architecture is a plus.
• Having experience create Wireframe & Mockup Design is a plus.
• Understand concept of API development and frontend-backend integration is a plus.
• Familiar with Windows & Linux Server would be an advantage.
• Have experience with UML is added value.
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements (BRD, FRD, Use Case, etc.).
• Have experience in finance and banking is a plus.
• Have experience as developer is a plus.
