Key Responsibilities
  • Support Finance, COSM, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams by providing accurate data, insights, and operational analysis.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions and provide insights based on data analytics and market research.
  • Lead and execute reporting processes and other business performance dashboards based on needs or requirements.
  • Ensure accurate data collection, integration, and reporting for informed decision-making.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement
  • Lead and execute improvement projects, automation and operational excellence
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously optimize business operations.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management or any related major
  • Experience in business operations, strategy, or process improvement. Background in FMCG is a strong plus
  • Ability to support cross-functional teams mainly through data and operational insights.
  • Strong skills in data collection, processing, and analysis.
  • Experience with operational tools and basic workflow automation
  • Good project management and organizational abilities.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
