Pixelku.com is a creative brand developed by PT. Trimitra Indoplast Mandiri, a leading manufacturer of LLDPE film‑based flexible packaging established in 2011 in Cikarang, West Java.

As a Business Development Head, you will drive the company’s growth strategy by leading market expansion, establishing high‑level partnerships, and developing new business opportunities within the Jakarta area and beyond. This role requires a strategic leader who can identify market potential, shape long‑term business plans, and accelerate Pixelku’s presence in the creative and packaging industry.

What You’ll Do:
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand market reach and revenue.
  • Identify, secure, and manage strategic partnerships with corporate, commercial, and enterprise‑level clients.
  • Lead and mentor the Business Development and Sales team to achieve long‑term business objectives.
  • Explore and develop new market segments, products, and service opportunities aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee key client negotiations, proposals, and contract closures.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor insights, and customer needs to drive innovation and strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Production, R&D) to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields (Master’s Degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Strategic Partnerships, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Experience in packaging, printing, manufacturing, or FMCG industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high‑impact partnerships.
  • Creative mindset and familiarity with branding, packaging, or product innovation is a plus.
