Job Description

• Support strategic goals to enhance service speed, service quality, process efficiency, and business process innovation.
• Lead a team in conducting analysis, identifying key issues, and investigating variances, exceptions, or discrepancies.
• Develop and oversee business cases, design future-state roadmaps, and manage implementation to achieve measurable benefits.
• Manage program timelines, resources, and deliverables, and provide regular updates to stakeholders and team members.
• Continuously monitor performance, gather feedback from customers and Team Leads, and benchmark against industry standards to identify improvement opportunities.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to support successful project execution and change adoption.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or Information Technology from a reputable university.
• 6–10 years of experience in consulting and corporate environments, preferably in IT.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
