The successful candidate will identify new opportunities, conduct market research, and build relationships with various stakeholders. Spearhead Revenue Growth: Identify and secure new business opportunities by implementing strategic sales initiatives that expand the client base and drive revenue growth.
Gain Market Insights: Conduct comprehensive market research to gather competitor intelligence, identify high-potential business opportunities, and guide growth strategies.
Foster Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, fitness studios, wellness centers, and key stakeholders to establish long-term, mutually beneficial collaborations.
Optimize Operations: Oversee day-to-day business operations related to B2B partnerships, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance monitoring to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence.
Champion Innovation: Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement creative solutions that enhance JCA’s posture-improvement programs and corporate wellness offerings.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze sales data and market trends to refine sales strategies, optimize partnership approaches, and report insights effectively to key stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
Minimum two year of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably in education, fitness, or wellness.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage and inspire various audiences.
Ability to conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.
Experience with CRM tools such as KOMO or similar platforms is an advantage.
Highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
Fluency in English is essential; Japanese language proficiency is a valuable asset.
