A leading software company in Indonesia is seeking a proactive Sales Representative to drive new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and experience in selling ERP software or IT products. We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and selling the company’s products/services — particularly technology-based solutions such as ERP or SaaS.
Identify opportunities for new business development through lead follow-up and research on target clients.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
Make cold and warm calls and send emails to reach potential clients.
Prepare and deliver product presentations to clients.
Develop proposals and conduct price negotiations in accordance with company policies.
Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Use strong communication and persuasion skills to schedule qualified appointments.
Submit daily activity, visit, and market development reports to management.
Stay up to date with market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Economics, Business Management, or related fields.
Having a minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in selling ERP software, SaaS or IT products is preferred.
Understanding of the products or services being sold and Ability to use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools is a plus.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-focused.
Good attitude and responsibility.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships and networks.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
High enthusiasm and strong self-motivation.
Flexible working hours and willingness to travel for business purposes (if required).
Ability to adapt to dynamic targets.
Driving License.
Ability to speak English both spoken and written.
