About the role

As a Business Development Manager at INTER ORIENT LOGISTICS, PT, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding the company's client base. This full‑time position is based in South Jakarta and will play a crucial role in the organisation's growth and success.

What you'll be doing
  • Identifying and pursuing new sales leads and opportunities to grow the business
  • Developing and executing effective sales strategies to acquire new clients
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create targeted marketing campaigns
  • Analysing market trends and competitor activity to inform business development plans
  • Providing regular reports on sales activities and pipeline progress
