Junior Business Development Manager (DKI Jakarta)

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the company can identify potential project (new business opportunities)
  • Conducting investment feasibility analyses, managing asset acquisition or divestment processes, and ensuring business development is in line with the company's growth targets.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years of work experience as a Junior Manager in Business Development, Investment, or Property Acquisition, preferably within developer, industrial park, property management, consulting market research or investment companies.
  • Possess a strong understanding of the property market, industry trends, competitive analysis, and supply‑demand dynamics in the real estate sector.
  • Able to conduct investment analysis, including financial modelling, calculation of IRR, NPV, ROI, and property project feasibility studies.
  • Proficient in the process of due diligence, negotiation, land acquisition/release, and asset acquisition strategies.
  • Possess a strong understanding of corporate actions, especially regarding the merger and acquisition (M&A) process.
  • Able to prepare strategic planning, RKAP (Company Work and Budget Plan), and RJPP (Long‑Term Company Business Plan).
  • Familiar with property or Industrial park‑related regulations: permitting, zoning, land designation, asset legality, and the development process.
  • Able to communicate and negotiate with various parties: investors, landowners, brokers, consultants, and government agencies.
  • Having an extensive network in the property industry and industrial park area is an added value.
