Job description
Business Development in Indonesia
  • New alternator marketing & technical to the market in Indonesia.
  • Collect information from customer (technical & non-technical), ensure they are sufficient for Nidec Power.
  • Technology updates for NIDEC POWER products.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly report for visits, offers, projects movement.
  • Forecast action plan & budget in coordination with Sales & Marketing Director SEA, NEA & ANZ.
  • Development program with distributorship, defining and updating the growth strategy for the country.
Lead & Liaison in Project Pursuit Tracking in Asia Region
  • Oil & gas, marine, mining, diesel, gas, wind, hydro & geothermal power plants etc.
  • Other ministries projects: telecom, ports, military, & wastewater.
  • Follow-up large end‑users, consultants, data centre, shipyard & EPC.
  • Project management with customer orders to track tasks, deadlines, progress and communicate with team member in region to ensure OEMs participate to the projects using LS alternators.
Service and Warranty
  • Service & Warranty whether spare parts, work on site, machine replacement, or workshop services at targeted customer segments, and approach new customers and develop new leads.
  • Make technical visits on site to propose service projects. Need to understand and analyze the situation of the machine at the customer’s site, propose our technical solution and articulate it in front of the customer.
  • Liaise with sales administration & finance teams to ensure effective.
  • Coordination with manufacturing facilities to facilitate on‑time delivery.
  • Follow service & project opportunities using CRM, and weekly reporting.
  • Adhere to local and international NIDEC POWER trade compliance procedures in connection (with all transactions and business practices reference NIDEC POWER Trade Compliance Procedure).
  • Fulfil any other reasonable duties as required.
