  • Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for residents, handling inquiries and resolving complaints.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents.
  • Ensure all residents adhere to building rules and regulations.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on building performance.

  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure all residents adhere to building rules and regulations, promoting harmony and safety within the community.
  • Operational Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on building performance, occupancy, and operational activities to management.
