A recruitment agency is seeking a Building Facility Officer in North Jakarta to oversee operations related to facilities management, including maintenance, vendor coordination, and compliance with safety standards. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in architectural or civil engineering and have 3-5 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of building systems and budgeting is essential for this position.
This position is for our client, operating in the Pump Manufacturing industry. Currently looking for a Building Facility Officer to support office renovations, estimate material requirements and costs, manage related planning activities, etc.
Manage and monitor daily facilities, and general affairs operations.
Coordinate maintenance and repair of office facilities, equipment, and utilities to ensure smooth operations.
Manage office assets, inventory, and vendor coordination for procurement and service needs.
Oversee building management, cleanliness, security, and office environment standards.
Support employee mobility and operational logistics, including vehicle management and office supplies.
Handle documentation and reporting related to facilities usage, maintenance schedules, and cost efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and facility management standards.
Assist in the planning and implementation of office improvement or relocation projects.
Bachelor’s degree in architectural or civil engineering
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in, Facility Management, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of building systems, utilities, and basic MEP.
Experience coordinating with contractors, vendors, and service providers.
Understanding of workplace safety standards and facility compliance.
Able to manage budgets, control costs, and prepare basic reports.
Can be from a manufacturing company/property/real estate, etc.
