Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement brand strategies to drive awareness, sales growth, and customer loyalty.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline platforms.
  • Lead new product/menu development in collaboration with R&D and Operations.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance, consumer behavior, and market trends.
  • Manage brand budgets effectively and ensure ROI.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication and customer touchpoints.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, media, and agencies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Hospitality/Hotel Management
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in brand management or marketing (F&B/Retail/FMCG preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of brand strategy, product development, and consumer insights
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, analytics, and event/brand activation
