Le Secré — Jakarta, Indonesia (Hybrid)

Le Secré is a modern fragrance brand with presence in 15+ retail stores across West Java. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Brand Manager who will take ownership of how our brand is perceived — both online and offline.

This role will play a key part in shaping and executing Le Secré’s brand strategy to ensure we are competitive aesthetically, conceptually, and commercially, alongside leading modern fragrance brands.

You will be responsible for planning and executing brand strategy to build strong brand awareness and consistency across all touchpoints, both online and offline.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute brand strategy, programs, and communications to build brand awareness
  • Own Le Secré’s brand positioning, narrative, and visual direction
  • Ensure cohesive brand presence across social media, campaigns, content, and retail
  • Actively research market trends, competitors, and customer insights to refine brand strategy

You will oversee offline brand execution and retail presence to ensure consistency and quality.

  • Manage in-store brand execution, including displays and visual merchandising guidelines
  • Ensure consistent brand presentation across retail partners
  • Influence packaging usage and future brand execution in retail environments

You will work closely with internal teams and freelancers to translate strategy into execution.

  • Orchestrate internal content team and external freelancers
  • Translate brand strategy into clear briefs and actionable outputs
  • Collaborate with marketing and performance teams to align brand and growth objectives
  • Test, evaluate, and improve brand initiatives based on engagement and performance data
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management or brand marketing
  • Background in beauty, fragrance, DTC brands, and/or retail-focused businesses
  • Proven experience leading teams or creative functions, not just executing briefs
  • Strong understanding of 360° brand planning (online & offline)

Strong brand taste, global references, and communication skills are essential.

  • High level of visual and conceptual sensitivity
  • Strong English proficiency for global taste, references, and storytelling
  • Proactive, independent, and comfortable working without waiting for instructions
  • Able to challenge ideas, test concepts, and stand by creative decisions
