Responsibilities
  • Handling customer enquiries, advice and suggestions via online chat.
  • Handling administrative tasks.
  • Handling customer complaints.
  • Analyzing customer’s needs and giving product recommendations.
  • Monitoring sales flow, stock, and shipment.
  • Assisting customers in make-up suggestions and selection, making sure to deliver the best shopping experience to customers.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years experience as Customer Service/Representative with highly skilled in administrative operations
  • Organized and detail-oriented, analytical thinking.
  • Experienced handling marketplace.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively as part of the team and also independently.
  • Strong problem solving skills and proven ability to engage and interact with internal teams to resolve client issues.
  • Comfortable using and learning software: MS Office (Excel), Chat BOT system, CRM, ticketing/tracking systems, etc.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong empathy for customers and their success.
  • Willing to work in shifts and/or weekends and public holidays.
