Business Function

Global Transaction Services (GTS) comprises of Cash & Trade, Securities Services and Fiduciary Services. In an increasingly borderless world marked by burgeoning trade flow, expertise in trade finance services is an invaluable asset. With cash the lifeblood of every company, so too, is a good understanding of how to manage these cashflows. Trade Finance, together with Cash Management, is the mainstay of GTS, and is extended to SME and corporate clients for their local and cross-border financial transaction needs.

Responsibilities
  1. Identify gaps in the service offering and support development of a clear product roadmap for enhancements and expansions through understanding market trends, competition and environment
  2. Plan and maintain local roadmap including sequencing and timing of capabilities and features as well as local rollout plan
  3. Capitalize on product differentiation and commercialize on such opportunities by building a unique position for potential and/or existing clients
  4. Innovation of new products, capitalizing on changes to regulatory environment, market regulations/infrastructure, market practices or through synergies with other product groups
  5. Develop market sizing, segment value propositions
  6. Communicate local requirements needed to regional Product Team.
  7. Act as a product specialist to the business regarding the scope of approved product suite, accountable for client product satisfaction and product engagement
  8. Complete and coordinate the new product approval process to ensure that products adhere to the appropriate bank governance and that any risks have been properly considered/mitigated
  9. Detailed product definition and capability profiles
  10. Provide RFP support as required including on-site participation during clients' due diligence, new client meetings, etc.
  11. Ensure adequate product knowledge and training to sales, relationship management and operational teams
  12. Preparation of product collaterals, FAQs, etc.
  13. Lead with revenue initiatives - pricing, sales campaigns, etc
  14. Interpret and analyze product performance, analyze data and other MIS
