The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen and at least 5 years of experience in a startup environment, with proficiency in various technologies including Javascript, Docker, and cloud platforms.

Description:

Job Responsibilities

Strategic Planning

• Prepare tech stack to ensure iDA product is scalable, maintainable, robust and secure
• Define product architecture across iDA products that align with overall IOH system architecture
• Optimize infra to ensure team have maximum ROI

Team Management

• Develop and mentor team member(s) to achieve objectives
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, make recommendations to supervisor and implement actions
• Provide feedback to GH and work with HR team to create the succession plan for the function/ organization and attract, motivate and retain top talent to ensure alignment with the plan

Product Development

• Breaking down implementation strategy into projects
• Give clear guidance to team member about project goals, success criteria and timeline
• Monitor quality of execution from team members
• Collaborate with cross function stakeholders to ensure project delivered timely
• Communicate the progress to stakeholders

Job Requirements

Qualification:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Information technology
• Excellence Oral and Written communication skills
• Have business as well as technical acumen

Experience:

• 5+ years previous experience in Startup company
• Entrepreneurial, strong business acumen, customer focused, team and results-oriented
• Experience with Any of The Following is a Plus: Professional certifications in the following areas: Google Cloud Certified Professional Data Engineer, Google Cloud Certified DevOps Engineer, Google Cloud Certified Developer, Google Cloud Certified Cloud Architect

Skills:

• Highly skilled in one or more of the following:
• Javascript (node.js, react.js, etc.)
• Containerized software (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Databases (NoSQL, SQL, and other Cloud DBs)
• ElasticSearch and Redis,
• DevOps (CI/CD - Jenkins, log management- ELK, container automation - Helm)
• HTML/CSS

• Working knowledge on Cloud Platform, preferably Google Cloud Professional Cloud Developer/Google Cloud Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer certified
• Excellent verbal communication skills and excels in a team environment.
• Highly organized with working knowledge of software best practices.
• Excellent problem solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent in creating effective and passionate working environment for engineering team
