Job Description

Responsible for managing operations of a sales outpost branch. Oversees sales and the provision of services to local clients. Develops and maintains relationships with both new and existing customers. Is responsible for internal operations of the branch, e.g., Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology. May upsell additional services, parts, and equipment as needed.

To manage sales area performance cooperate with MPC. Lead all resource at sales area level and to ensure all running well align to target. Coordination with other support function to ensure target achievement. Manage & motivate MPC team (Distribution Service, Availability & Visibility). Manage sales team to execute excellence distribution. Manage sale team to implementing merchandising guideline. Leading sales team to achieve target. Coordination & Motivation team everyday. Executing trade/channel program from HQ/Area/Sales Area. Manage & maintain continues growth (creativity to get the new point of income).

Requirements

Preferably someone whose home‑base in Banjarbaru area and willing to travel within areas. Background education min. Bachelor degree in any major. Having min. 7 years experiences in Sales & Marketing field especially telecommunication industry or retail. Great leadership skill and good interpersonal skill. Good knowledge of local market, customer & outlet need, local competitors. Good understanding of sales, distribution, market and competitor analysis. Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills. Understand product knowledge, trade/channel program & branding outlet. Understand & implementation of sales application. Mandatory to have driving license (Sim A).
