As our Automation Engineer, you’ll design and build end-to-end automations that power real business processes. You won’t just “configure tools” — you’ll engineer solutions, collaborate closely with Product, and bring intelligence into workflows using AI and LLMs.

What you’ll do:

• Design & Build Automations: Conceptualize and implement end-to-end business process automations using tools like n8n, Make.com, and custom programming.
• System Integration: Seamlessly connect various internal and external APIs, databases, and third-party SaaS applications to ensure smooth data flow across our ecosystem.
• Custom Scripting: Write clean, efficient code (Python or JavaScript) within automation nodes to handle complex logic, data transformation, or edge cases beyond the capabilities of low-code tools.
• Product Collaboration: Partner with the Product Team to identify opportunities for automation within our products and ensure our internal automations integrate flawlessly with our production environment
• Maintenance & Optimization: Monitor active workflows, troubleshoot errors immediately, and continuously optimize existing automations for speed, cost, and reliability
• AI Implementation: Utilize AI agents and LLMs within your workflows to add intelligence to standard processes (e.g., intelligent data extraction, automated decision‑making support)

Requirements:

• Mid to Senior level experience in Automation Engineering or a related technical field
• Expertise in workflow automation platforms such as n8n (preferred) or Make.com
• Experience with programming is a significant advantage
• Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript for scripting within automation tools
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, Webhooks, and JSON
• Experience with API authentication methods (OAuth, API Keys)
• Ability to use AI coding assistants and tools to speed up development
