Job Description
  1. Supervise and lead staff efficiently for daily finance operational functions related to accounts receivable.
  2. Oversee day-to-day operations of trade accounts receivable, including invoice and payment processing, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
  3. Foster relationships with business partners and internal stakeholders, addressing challenges promptly.
  4. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of month-end closing, analyze AR balances, and reconcile with trial balance.
  5. Evaluate business processes regularly, identify improvements, develop plans, and execute solutions.
  6. Assist with new projects and initiatives.
  7. Support during annual financial and compliance audits.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  2. 4+ years experience in finance or accounting, preferably in audit firms or accounts payable, in high-volume industries.
  3. Knowledge of accounting principles, extensive spreadsheet management, and familiarity with software like Oracle and SAP.
  4. Motivated with ability for rapid self-education and a positive outlook.
  5. Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to liaise and escalate issues effectively.
  7. Proficiency in English, both written and oral.
