Monitor and report on daily operational issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.

Translate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) into required languages and support superiors in managing the SOP implementation process.

Communicate and implement internal management policies, requests, and strategic plans to ensure proper execution.

Oversee the daily implementation of verification processes, manage operational and system constraints, and coordinate with third-party vendors.

Ensure accurate data entry and support the execution of various operational projects on a daily basis.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any major.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
  • Basic understanding of the Finance or Banking industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
