The Assistant Manager will support senior management in operational execution, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination. This role requires strong analytical capability, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to communicate effectively with overseas product teams. This position is ideal for high-potential candidates who want to build a solid foundation in operations, analytics, and management within premium consumer brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Manager/Director in daily operational planning, execution, and monitoring
- Perform data analysis to support operational, sales, and performance decisions
- Prepare and maintain structured reports using Excel (tracking performance, trends, and operational metrics)
- Monitor KPIs, timelines, and operational targets, ensuring alignment with company objectives
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Sales, Creative) to ensure smooth execution
- Coordinate and communicate with product and manufacturing teams in China regarding product development, timelines, and operational follow-ups
- Identify operational issues, data inconsistencies, or inefficiencies and propose improvement recommendations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of operations
Qualifications
Mandatory (Must-Have):
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) — MANDATORY
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data processing, reporting, formulas, and structured analysis)
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy
General Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Economics, or related fields
- 0–2 years of working experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong willingness to learn, high sense of responsibility, and good work discipline
- Able to work in a structured, target-oriented, and fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working closely with management and handling data-driven tasks
