A leading manufacturing firm in Tangerang Selatan seeks an assistant to the General Manager to monitor back office operations and sales activities. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or equivalent, fluency in Mandarin, and experience in sales is preferred. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are necessary for this fast-paced environment.
Assist the General Manager to control and monitoring back office operation, and sales activities in order to reach those targets
Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness
Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
Assist in the training and development of store personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge
Participate in regular meetings with the management team to discuss store performance and strategize for future growth
Requirements:
Minimum graduate of Diploma or equivalent
Fluency in Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experienced in Sales is highly preferred
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Adaptability and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
