A growing business center in Jakarta Utara is seeking an Assistant Manager who is fluent in Mandarin. This role involves managing administrative tasks, document processing, and assisting with travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in administrative management, possess a college diploma, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Position: Assistant Manager (Mandarin Speaker)
Working Days: 5 days/week (8:30-17:30)
College diploma or above, fluent in both English and Chinese (at least fluent in spoken, written, and oral Chinese) HSK5;
At least 1 year of experience in administrative management or import/export order processing;
Proficient in Word/Excel/PPT;
Willing to go to China for training.
Responsible for comprehensive tasks such as daily administrative management, document processing, meeting arrangements, and office environment maintenance.
Assist managers and local colleagues with travel and daily office expense reimbursement.
Other tasks assigned by manager.
