Job summary

A manufacturing company in Indonesia is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all HR processes, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and manage General Affairs activities. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of experience in HR within the manufacturing industry and possess strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in English is preferable.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in HR/GA, preferably in manufacturing industry.
  • Good knowledge of labor law, HRIS, BPJS, and industrial relations.
  • A good command of English is preferable.
