AYANA Hospitality is seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant Housekeeping Manager for Delonix Hotel Karawang to assist in managing the housekeeping department's daily operations. In this role, you will help ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are impeccably maintained and reflect our high standards of cleanliness and service.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing daily housekeeping operations, including staff management, cleanliness standards, and inventory control.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness and operational standards.
  • Assist in training and developing housekeeping staff, including performance evaluations and ongoing training initiatives.
  • Manage scheduling, assignments, and ensure efficient workflow among the housekeeping team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with budgeting and inventory management for housekeeping supplies and equipment.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles in a hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop staff.
