Assistant Brand Manager (Mandarin Speaker)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Familiar with end-to-end product development and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
- Basic data analysis skills and solid market understanding.
- Proficient in Mandarin and English for daily communication, including emails and meetings.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination & Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Coordinate with product, supply chain, procurement, RA, QA, and design teams to ensure smooth workflow across functions.
- Lead product development timelines and follow up on key milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
- Handle communication of product development requirements, sampling feedback, and packaging confirmation.
- Balance delivery timelines, cost control, and quality standards, resolving issues throughout the development process.
- Product Lifecycle Management:
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from concept, development, sampling, testing, launch to phase-out.
- Track product performance across markets and provide actionable suggestions for improvement (pricing, packaging, specifications, etc.).
- Product Documentation Management:
- Establish and maintain product information databases (e.g., spec sheets, packaging files, pricing records).
- Assist in preparation of documents for product testing, registration, and legal compliance.
- Continuous Improvement of SOPs & Process Standardization:
- Map out product management processes and promote standardization of key workflow steps.
- Support development and maintenance of operational SOPs (e.g., packaging design, sampling, file archiving).
