Job summary

A tech-enabled consumer products company is seeking a Sales Supervisor in Surabaya to analyze data, develop market insights, and implement sales strategies. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in sales supervision within the Consumer Goods or Cigarette Industry, possess strong analytical and organizational skills, and be adept in handling distributor relationships.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as sales supervisor, preferably in Consumer Goods or Cigarette Industry.
• Having great analytical skill, organizational skill and problem solver.
• Experience in handling GT & MTI channel.

Responsibilities

• Input, review, and analyze the data.
• Grab insight from the data about market trends and sales insight.
• Strong in data mining and spreadsheet operation.
• Maintaining a good communication with distributors.
• Create effective strategy to achieve company’s target.
• Find new customers or potential business partner/clients.
• Execute sales action plans and liaise with marketing department for advertisements.
• Analyze and evaluate effectivity of existing Sales & Marketing program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from any major
• At least 3 years of experience as sales supervisor, preferably Consumer Goods or Cigarette Industry, or related.
• Having great analytical skill, organizational skill and problem solver.
• Having experience in handling GT & MTI channel.
• Based in Surabaya or willing to work from Surabaya.
