Responsibility:
This position is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth within the designated area. It involves leading and managing a team of sales supervisors and representatives, ensuring achievement of sales targets, expanding market presence, and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and distribution partners. The role also includes developing fundamental business processes. The Area Sales Manager acts as a strategic link between the field team and upper management, providing insights, reports, and recommendations to support business objectives.
