  • Oversee Academy Managers at 7+ centers, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Lead and motivate teams to meet sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to boost student enrollment.
  • Mentor the Student Advisors to meet sales KPIs and maintain high conversion rates.
  • Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Establish customer-focused processes at each branch.
  • Engage with parents to enhance service and drive retention programs.
  • Align center performance with company goals and prepare detailed performance reports.
  • Contribute to strategic planning for regional growth.

  • Multi-site operational leadership, having KPI-driven coaching, Sales pipeline optimization, Data-driven decision-making, and Conflict resolution.
