Lead, supervise, and develop Clinic Supervisors & clinic teams in your assigned area.

Ensure daily clinic operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with company SOPs.

Monitor and improve key performance indicators (occupancy, sales, productivity, patient satisfaction).

Implement standards of service excellence to maintain world-class patient experience.

Solve operational issues proactively with a strong problem-solving mindset.

Conduct regular clinic visits, audits, and coaching sessions.

Coordinate with cross-functional departments (Medical, Finance, Talent, Marketing, Supply Chain).

Drive operational improvements, cost efficiencies, and continuous service quality enhancement.

Lead execution of company initiatives across clinics within the assigned area.

Minimum 5 years experience in clinic/retail/healthcare operations management.

Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing multi-site operations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching ability.

Analytical and comfortable working with metrics, SOPs, and targets.

High ownership, initiative, and problem-solving orientation.

Able to work in a fast-paced, structured, and rapidly scaling environment.

Willing to travel/visit clinics regularly.
