Qualifications

  • Strong skills in reporting, analysis, and presentation.
  • Fluent in at least one of the following languages: French, German, Spanish, or Arabic.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Agency Trade Managers and trade analysts.
  • Develop and execute regional trade strategies.
  • Identify and explore new business verticals.
  • Ensure detailed vessel profiles and allocations are maintained.
  • Monitor and fulfill mother vessel allocation weekly.
  • Oversee trade reporting and performance tracking.
  • Provide structured pricing support.

  • Manage the Dangerous Goods (DG) process.

Job description

Responsible for leading and overseeing the Agency Trade Managers and CNC across Westbound, Transpacific, Latin America, Middle East/Indian Subcontinent, Africa, Intra-Asia & Oceania. Drive and oversee trade lifting performance to ensure it meets or exceeds budgeted targets across all managed trades, aligning with vertical growth ambitions and strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage Agency Trade Managers and trade analysts to drive team efficiency and commercial performance.
  • Develop and execute regional trade strategies to meet budgeted targets and ensure sustainable growth.
  • Identify and explore new business verticals to enhance trade development.
  • Ensure detailed vessel profiles and allocations are accurately maintained and optimized for all trades.
  • Monitor and fulfill mother vessel allocation on a weekly basis for all assigned trade lanes.
  • Oversee trade reporting, performance tracking, and strategic trade planning.
  • Provide structured pricing support and align commercial tactics with sales teams across vertical accounts and local sales.
  • Engage with key customers, branch offices, and ARO/HO teams to support commercial expansion and service excellence.
  • Review and consolidate trade forecasts to ensure commercial planning accuracy.
  • Oversee and manage the Dangerous Goods (DG) process to ensure compliance and volume maximization.
  • Ensure strict compliance with global trade regulations, company policies, and principal instructions.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years working experience in shipping/forwarding industry, with at least 5 years in a management role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent, with proven sales achievement.
  • Strong skills in reporting, analysis, and presentation.
  • Broad customer network coverage across trades and services.
  • Aware of worldwide economy and freight market dynamics.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal communication, and assertive, result‑oriented attitude.
  • Fluent in at least one of the following languages: French, German, Spanish, or Arabic.
