This is a full-time, on-site role for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist (Digital Product) based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

The company, Triyakom, is a leading Mobile Content & Service Provider in Indonesia. Established in 2001, Triyakom has evolved from simple ringtone services to advanced digital content activities including digital music aggregation, application development, and payment gateway solutions. In 2020, the company expanded into the Social Media and YouTube segment, following global digital trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Affiliate Recruitment: Strategically identify, prospect, onboard, and activate new high-potential affiliates, publishers, and content partners specifically targeting the Indonesian audience.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate campaign performance using key metrics (conversion rate, CPA, traffic quality) to increase sales of digital products.
  • Strategy Development: Design promotional calendars, incentive programs, and commission structures that resonate with Indonesian affiliates and consumers.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all Indonesian affiliates, fostering strong, mutually beneficial long‑term relationships.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all affiliate activities adhere to brand guidelines and local Indonesian regulations, providing regular, detailed performance reports and revenue forecasts.
  • Market Insight: Stay current on Indonesian digital marketing trends, consumer behavior shifts, and competitor affiliate strategies relevant to digital products.
