About the role

As an Ads Account Executive at PT Lifty Media Indonesia, you will be responsible for driving new business development and managing advertising accounts. This full‑time role is based in Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya and will involve working closely with clients to deliver effective advertising solutions that help grow their businesses.

What you'll be doing

• Prospecting and generating new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and lead generation
• Managing the entire client lifecycle, from initial contact to campaign execution and reporting
• Developing tailored advertising proposals and strategies to meet client objectives
• Negotiating advertising contracts and managing client relationships
• Monitoring campaign performance and providing regular updates to clients
• Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell additional services
• Collaborating with the creative and media teams to deliver high‑quality advertising solutions

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a new business development or account management role, preferably within the advertising or media industry
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively pitch to and liaise with clients
• Excellent problem‑solving and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with advertising platforms, performance tracking and reporting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Degree in marketing, communications or a related field is preferred
