About the role

Geniux Cleantech is seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team in our Sanur office. As an Administration Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient daily operations of our growing cleantech business. This full-time position provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our company while further developing your administrative and customer service skills.

What you’ll be doing
  • Responding to enquiries and directing customers or team members as needed
  • Issuing and receiving standard forms and documentation
  • Relaying internal communication and supporting daily office operations
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining company files and records
  • Managing records management systems and extracting information from internal/external sources
  • Using advanced word processing and data entry skills to support the team
  • Assisting with customer and vendor account creation and maintenance
  • Supporting purchasing, inventory, and stock control processes
  • Processing invoices, orders, requisitions, and other transactional documents accordance with company procedures
  • Providing advice and information on Geniux products and services
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues within your functional area
  • Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
What we’re looking for
  • Previous experience in administration, office support, or a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid computer literacy, including confidence with business software and data entry
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to follow procedures and work within guidelines
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to use judgment within the scope of the role
