Overview

Our client is a Japanese Construction company. Currently, they are looking for Admin Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain construction licenses and permits in compliance with PUPR and ESDM regulations.
• Support day-to-day administrative operations of the project office.
• Assist in preparing and filing tax documentation and basic accounting related to construction project activities.
• Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including contracts, permits, invoices, and tax files.
• Provide general administrative support to the project team.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree from any major.
• Has 2 years of experience as Admin / Legal Manager from Construction industry.
• Business English proficiency.
• Has experience in handling Construction license under PUPR & ESDM such as IUJK, SBU, SKK.
