Job Description
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, tax and warehouse stock as well
  • Creating Purchase report especially import goods.
  • Prepare payment journal vouchers for bank or cash transactions.
  • Perform checks and verifications of payment request documents and ensure that payments comply with company procedures.
  • Review bank balances and ensure bank statements are available at the beginning of each month.
  • Responsible for filing payment vouchers, payment requests, and bank documents.
  • Prepare monthly and yearly tax reports
  • Conduct Stock Opname Asset checks (monthly, quarterly, and annually)
  • Creating monthly or annual forecasts
  • Journal and Ledger management
  • Generating profit and loss statements
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Implement clerical duties and administrative processes
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Finance/Accounting/Tax Staff or relevant role
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Good to have Organizational and leadership skills
  • High integrity, honesty, and accountability
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
  • Knowing finance accounting rules principal and tax (including PPh 21, PPh 23, VAT (PPN), and Corporate Income Tax (PPh Badan) would be advantage
