Responsibilities:

1. Financial Oversight:
Lead the accounting function: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. Manage general ledger activities, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial transactions.

2. Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor the team: Provide guidance and support to the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Ensure staff development through training and performance evaluations.

3. Month-end Closing:
Coordinate month-end closing activities: Drive the timely and accurate completion of month-end processes, including reconciliations, financial statements preparation, and variance analysis.

4. Financial Reporting:
Prepare accurate financial reports: Generate comprehensive financial reports for management review, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

5. Audit Preparation:
Facilitate audits: Collaborate with external auditors during audits, providing necessary documentation and ensuring a smooth audit process. Implement audit recommendations for process improvements.

6. Process Improvement:
Identify and implement efficiencies: Continuously assess accounting processes, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
