The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and at least 3 years of experience in the real estate sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is mandatory. Qualifications

Responsibilities

Overview

Responsible to prepare accounting and financial report (monthly, quarterly and annually). Maintaining subledger of accounts. Supporting for external auditor (yearly). Expert in operating Microsoft Office (Excel is mandatory). Willing to be placed in West Jakarta and join immediately.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in related field as Accounting in Real Estate/Property Developer Company or KAP (Accounting Firm).
• Having excellent administration skills, good analytical ability, loyalty and capability to work independently.
• Familiar with accounting system (IFCA is an advantage).
• Willing to be placed in West Jakarta and join immediately.
